NEW CHALLENGES
On February 7th RA National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan took part in a seminar on “South Caucasus: New Challenges” which was organized by the Armenian Association of G.Marshall Centre, European Security Studies Centre Graduates and the USA Embassy in Armenia.
In his speech A.Baghdasaryan mentioned that the region’s security is vulnerable because of unsettled conflicts. He emphasized the importance of creating equal conditions for the development of three Caucasian republics and considered it unappropriate to implement regional programs bypassing Armenia. Equal conditions will allow to ensure regional balance, therefore – stability and development.
