STUDENTS IN THE REGIMENT

On February 26th a group of Pedagogical University students visited one of the regiments in Tavoush district (marz) in connection with the 20th anniversary of the Armenian Army. The commanders and soldiers met the students in the regiment. Deputy Commander Lieutenant Colonel E.Hovanisyan introduced the students with the history of the regiment’s formation and its activities. The students were also introduced with life conditions of the soldiers, and afterwards they organized a cultural program for the servicemen, where they performed patriotic songs and dances. The soldiers joined the students and asked the girls to a dance.

In the end of the function the organizers were awarded with certificates by the corps and regiment’s commanders.
