Comparing the qualities of present recruits with those of previous years we can say that this conscription considerably differs from the previous ones. In this regard regiments commanders, officers working with recruits express their satisfaction.

– Skilled and competent sergeants are selected who can interact with people, give them explanations and instructions, – says Major K.Simonyan. – We never had so many recruits with higher education or who are still students. We are also satisfied with their health conditions, i.e. number of recruits of non-combatant service has been decreased.
