IT IS THE TIME

On August 14 during the meeting with the participants of the camp “Bazeh” RA Defense Minister S.Ohanyan said that “it is the time for the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic to participate in NK problem’s settlement negotiations as a party of negotiations… The main thing is that we have won de-facto, and we should do everything that NKR be recognized de-jure”.

The Minister also reminded that “the RF took responsibility to supply us with modern arms and ammunition if needed”.
