6TH ALL-ARMENIAN CONFERENCE OF JOURNALISTS

On October 4 in Yerevan the 6th All-Armenian Conference of Journalists “Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide” with participation of Armenian representatives of 89 newspapers, agencies, TV-channels and radio-stations of various world countries was held.

On October 6 Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan met with them and, particularly, said: “I was following the Conference and I think that it carries out rather important activity. Genocide recognition is one of the priority tasks of our nation and state. It is important not only for our people but also for the world community to prevent such crimes”.
The function was completed with awarding ceremony.
