STIR OF THE SESSION

The winter training stage comes to its end. In the training regiments exams began from June 3rd. In the training regiment of Anti-Air Defense under the command of Colonel M.Mheryan the check-up of the students knowledge started from May, 31st.

– The training stage we have started 15 days earlier than the combat regiments, – tells Deputy Commander Major R.Voskanyan, – and if in previous years exams were completed by the end of April, this year – for a month later, on June 8th . I assure you, the students have got fundamental knowledge. Our regiment prepares specialists on some specialties of arms, for that we have enough educational-material base. Recently they have returned from field training. 10 days they shot, conducted trainings on various stations, fulfilled tasks on radio stations.

With IGLA zenith-rocket complex the practical trainings are conducted in the regiment, on a training apparatus. During the training stage the students got training also in those regiments which have complexes С-125, АСА-ОК, Krug. Retired officers help us a lot. They work as guides and pass their knowledge to the youngsters. I’d also mention that during this half year the regiment has been checked every month and got essential aid from the specialists of the Department.
