MILITARY TRAINING: HARMONIZATION OF ARTILLERY ACCOUNT

In the combat regiments the education process starts with the harmonization of accounts, which is logical. If all the accounts forming part of platoon or company (battery) acquire high tactical efficiency and each of them would be able to perform fully the required combat mission, it would be considered thsat it is set up the basis of the middle element’s tactical efficiency, the rest is commander’s (officer’s) task. And if he has essential tactical knowledge, experience and, why not, talent, he could correctly put together and use the force of small combat sub-units and achieve success.

It turns out that battery’s, battalion’s, regiment’s tactical efficiency is determined with correct work carried out with the accounts. That’s why Minister Ohanyan demands from the command staff of regiments, high-ranking officers to permanently render assistance to platoons’, companies’ (batteries) commanders, help them not only in educational process issues but in organization of life and leisure as well.

Lt.Colonel Hovanes Khachatryan, Commander of one of the Rocket-Artillery regiments (separate division) tells:

– The last education year we completed with a positive mark, this educational stage we started with solemn ceremony, 3-day tactical-combatant classes, the whole technology was demonstrated, staff’s preparation level was checked. During the first classes the sub-units get acquainted with equipment, weapons, their structure and technical possibilities. Young servicemen are in the centre of attention. Besides officers, seniors and experienced soldiers help them.
