CONSISTENCY – PRIMARILY!

Deputy Commander on work with staff Major Arsen Manukyan informed that in 2013 in their regiment there was no any incident registered linked with unstatutory relationship.

– Street manners penetrate the regiment not only with the recruits but also with contract-servicemen. The situation exacerbated by low educational level of the recruits. All the commanders know preventive means very well: individual talks, ideology-educational work, organization of cultural and recreational activities, but these should be on every-day, every-hour basis.

At the heart of the educational work military-patriotic ideology should be. However, in my opinion civility, law-abiding, love for discipline in man should be raised not even at school but before school. And the officers, besides their professional skills, should be also good psychologists and teachers.

We cooperate with soldiers’ parents. Periodically we conduct meetings with them, we have a Parents’ Committee, actively work with local governments. No work remains without result. It is encouraging when parents enter the regiment with smiling faces. This is the best mark for our work!
