After cutting the red tape, the Minister congratulated participants and emphasized that it is just during the learning process are the main qualities formed that are needed today for defenders of Fatherland.

“ARMENIAN SOLDIER TO THIS DAY NO ONE STEP DID NOT RETREAT,” SAID THE DEFENSE MINISTER

We are in the combat reference point at a height of 2000m. By tradition, the Minister gives a press-conference to the journalists here.

“Today’s geopolitical situation dictates to make sober and promising decisions. RA AF many years cooperate with many countries, signed agreements. According to them our officers receive training in other countries, and are involved in numerous military exercises. Nevertheless, our armed forces improve their theoretical knowledge in the course of everyday life…

Enemy’s all sabotage operations fail, and Armenian soldier to this day no one step did not retreat. Conversely, we are improving our positions periodically, creating an appropriate framework for safety and defense. Every day Armenian soldier and officer perform feats on the border.

Responsible official of the enemy, before putting task, needs to know that the answer will be threefold. Before they give the order, they should count the pros and cons, because serviceman’s life on the border is the most important thing. I do not know, what moral norms are guided by the leadership of Azerbaijan? Maybe they take decisions during playing computer games?”

Ohanyan urged that instead of making statements about the one-sided concessions, they should think about the issue of self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh. “The international structures must fully analyze the situation and give it a full assessment. In the framework of the dialogue it should be understandable – what does it mean, to find mutually acceptable solution.

It would be better if they work towards the restoration of the right to self-determination in areas of historical Artsakh in a peaceful environment. The rest of all questions must be the result of military expertise”, – concluded the Minister.
