FORGE OF JUNIOR COMMANDING STAFF

The military unit under the command of Ashot Ghazaryan prepares future military engineers. After a six-month course, receiving the rank of commander, newly minted military engineers will serve in the military units.

At this stage of the training sergeants Alik Apresyan, Tigran Margaryan and Hovhannes Rapyan are working with conscripts. They say that in addition to studying – drill exercises, regulations, subjects in specialty – they also focus on the moral and psychological education of a conscript – mutual respect, mutual trust, a culture of living and working together that is called the soldiers’ everyday life. Deputy commander of the training battalion, Major Arthur Babajanyan said that the command of the military unit is very strict that sergeants with high moral and professional qualities work with conscripts.

Speaking about the call-up, Major Babajanyan expressed his concern about the lack of physical fitness of conscripts, as well as low level of education. A significant portion of recruits does not like to read, and only when they come to the army, they are trying to do the reading, self-education.
