A GOOD DOCTOR SHOULD EARN A LOT

– There is no doubt that the work of the military doctor is a feat, loyalty, patriotism, and especially in the conditions of the ceasefire differs significantly from the work of civilian doctors. Under the new law, hospitals of the Defense Ministry are given the status of military medical institutions, which means that hospitals can serve also civilians, which is an additional source of income for the military doctor.

Undoubtedly, a good specialist should earn a lot. Such matters should be regulated by law. This will create conditions for highly skilled doctors so that they remain in the army, treat the soldiers and officers and at the same time will be able to earn properly.

I have been in many countries, studied the experience of military medical services, and I’d say that our doctors, if not to say that they have supremacy, but certainly are not inferior to the doctors of the most developed countries with their professionalism, medical ethics, compassion to the sick. We are lagging behind in the implementation of the military-medical equipment.

Our doctors are retrained in the developed European countries. If we compare with the relevant structures of the CIS, our medical service is in a fairly good condition.

On the initiative of “Armenian Association of military doctors” a hot line is created.
