THOSE WIN IN WAR, WHO ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE ENGINEERING PROBLEMS

Since 2000 September 7th is observed in the RA AF as Engineering Troops Day because that day owing to the brilliant work of engineering sub-units in the Lachin corridor enemy’s advancement was prevented.

The main task of our engineering troops is to enhance troops’ viability and realize appropriate works to make military installations. Today premises from stone and field sheltered canteens have been constructed and furnished in the positions. We have also equipped observing points and fire points. Equipped with engineering equipment control points are the best means for struggle with enemy’s subversive groups.

“I assure you that in each position there is a surprise for the enemy, – says head of the Engineering Troops Department Colonel Andranik Abrahamyan. – In our work it is necessary to have creative strategy. In many cases we don’t have losses”.
