On the eve of the New Year it’s always a good reason to summarize and evaluate the work of 12 months. Our common efforts and hard work were marked by a number of outstanding successes.
Dear defenders of our Motherland!
Christmas and New Year holidays, on the one hand, are a time of joy and laughter, song and dance, and on the other hand, the period of reflection, generalization of the work done, the exam period for ourselves.
During the passing year in unequal border battles heroically died brave defenders of our homeland, inflicting also fatal blows to the enemy. Service is tempered by tests, it is a mean to cleanse the hardening of our mind and soul.
Current year for Armenian army even though was tensed, but it was also successful, – said Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan to the journalists after the meeting with parents and relatives of servicemen in the Center administrative region of Yerevan on December 21, and mentioned that the final report on 2014 will be in the end of January on the occasion of the Day of Army.
According to NKR AoD Commander, the Karakagh problem has been already resolved, during the time the enemy will be forced to be aware of that fact, when in Azerbaijan they will sober up and give a correct assessment of reality.
November 26 is a memorable day for the Armenian peacekeepers. Since that day we perform under the UN flag, though more than 10 years we implement peacekeepers’ mission, also for the first time we go to this region. Lebanon is the Middle East which is in the zone of interests of the external security of Armenia. That’s why with our service in UNIFIL we also contribute to ensuring the external security of the Republic of Armenia.
To live in the world, to change something for the better. To say a good word to somebody, to comfort the pain of someone, to live after all, to inspire by my own example the desperate.
To live to tell someone – DO NOT GIVE UP!
