The political map of independent Talyshstan is published. Azerbaijani names of the places are changed into their initial – Talysh names.

On July 17, at the Military Institute after V.Sargsyan started a conference on the subject “The ways to ensure security of service in the context of ensuring security of military service.”

On July 16, Defense Minister made a surprise visit to the Central assembly point for the purpose of familiarization with the call-up on the spot.

From July 1-15, 50% of the total number of conscripts have been called-up. From near abroad 35 recruits have been called, and from far abroad (Belgium, USA, Greece) – 7. A feature of this appeal is the fact that a large number of recruits are from large families, i.e., having 4 or more children. Recently, a conscript went to the army who has 7 brothers and 7 sisters.

The military unit under the command of Ashot Ghazaryan prepares future military engineers. After a six-month course, receiving the rank of commander, newly minted military engineers will serve in the military units.

On July 14, in the pages of the history of international diplomacy it has been registered as the day of a too important achievement: Iran and six superpowers reached an agreement on the controversial Iranian nuclear program.
“The agreement on the Iranian nuclear program is a world-class event. This confirms the status of Iran as a regional power, it holds great promise for both Iran and the countries of the South Caucasus. In geopolitical terms, it will lead to new developments, however, this agreement with Iran at the same time can have a number of unintended consequences, especially in the domestic political field.”
