I am very picky about myself. When they wanted to assign me as a company commander, I refused and asked to be sent on retraining courses. I always compare myself with my father, he is the ideal image of the military. He never said he was proud of me. But the other day he came home very happy and said: “If before somebody saw you, they said – this is Ivan’s son, and now somebody greeted me and asked – are you the father of Captain Mehrabian?”

The visit of President Serzh Sargsyan to China was quite eventful in terms of meetings, the signed documents, and in terms of making Armenia recognizable in Asia.
With this visit the Armenian-Chinese relations have been put on a new level of strategic partnership. We can say that this visit is our major foreign policy achievement of recent times.
More than a dozen documents on the development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation in various fields were signed. On the basis of their content can be said that the visit may be a turning point not only for our country but also the region as a whole.

In the Artists’ Union of Armenia the festival “Sun Dragon 2015” was opened, named – “Pandora’s Box”, which was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

During clashes Hagop Gagikovich Khachatryan (1996), Edward Gagikovich Hayrapetyan (1995) and Arshak Karenovich Harutyunyan (1995) fell with courage, four were wounded.
We visited the Central Clinical Military Hospital of Defense Ministry, where the wounded Lieutenant Sarkis Gabrielian and soldier Edgar Martirosyan get treatment.

A conversation with wounded Norayr. I feel that he does not want to pass again the way of pain and loss. Suddenly I am asking quite unexpected even for me question – whether he fell in love?
And he says that not yet, he has not found the one that can love. She should be a good housewife, kind, should respect his parents, be hardworking. Norayr is from the Karabakh village of Gishi. He plans to graduate from the institute, work, and have to live in his village:
