Scout usually operates behind enemy lines, and he chooses himself – where, when and how to act. One of the advantages of the scout is that nobody expects him, he himself is the initiator, but in this case it was different. The conditions were quite peculiar. The first – the scene, according to the enemy, was under proper control. The destroyed helicopter was at a distance of only a few tens of meters from the enemy positions. Special operation meant a clear timetable. Special Forces of the NKR repeatedly penetrated into that territory and came back, worked under the nose of the enemy.

How I wanted to show the face of the hero of my article, how I would like to talk about his exploits! … But I can tell only his name – Norayr. Scouts slogan: “For the Motherland, but without the right to glory!” obliges to represent only his thoughts about the service.

During decades in our society the psychology is considered as a perspective science, which has a future, however it can not assert itself. This is the second military unit where I work (serve) as a psychologist and I can say that the sons “break” conservative mentality of their fathers. They are freer, braver. Today our soldiers seek not only the assistance of a psychologist, but also willing to long-term cooperation, if only to get rid of complexes and to perform service. So a lot of work, psychological help is needed by both soldiers and officers, and psychological problem is not always related to the complexity of the service. In the end, people can and without recourse to a psychologist do their duty, but they do not hide their problems, and in my opinion, that is an expression of consciousness, high culture.

There are no serious changes on the frontline. We implement appropriate measures both in the direction of protecting our troops and confrontation. If the enemy will continue to behave this way, then we’ll strike a ruinous blow there, where he did not expect from. This is tactics. For this, our respective services are constantly exploring the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy, and we’ll hit exactly there where will be more painful for the enemy. And that does not mean that we’ll hit the weak side. We’ll hit the most powerful and protected place, after which the enemy for a long time will not be able to recover.

From November 6 to 16 in the framework of the military cooperation program between two Armenian republics operative-tactical exercises “Unity-2014” of RA and NKR were conducted under the leadership of Chief of the armed forces of the NKR B.Sahakyan.

Medical service of the armed forces has gone a long way of development and improvement, and at different times, according to circumstances, solved different problems. Currently our activities are primarily aimed at improving the medical service of the military unit. Secondly, it is needed to improve the level of training of military medical units. Among the current plans are: to change regulations to ensure and improve the overall equipment. We need to improve both the quality of military medical education and training of medical staff.
