According to the summer educational period preparation plan, artillery sub-units of the regiment under the command of Colonel S.Minasyan, which protects north-east borders of our country, since September 26 were included in camp trainings. Their main aim is to improve proficiency of artillery sub-units and strengthen professional, physical and moral-psychological qualities of the personnel in situations as much as possible close to the fighting.

We had originally planned by all means to pursue the interests of indigenous peoples of south-eastern Caucasus deprived of state, to preserve their culture, language, national identity and strengthen ethnic gene pool and we consistently implement our plans in this direction. Thanks to radio broadcasts, impetus was given to the process of establishing and strengthening national identity of the Talysh: within the Talysh extensive national discourse was formed, which led to the creation of the Talysh socio-political and cultural new organizations.

It is autumn, leaves fall down. However I speak about political late autumn of Azerbaijan. The same think also the intellectuals and political analysts of Baku stating that the end of this state structure approaches. And many of them predict severe political winter. They understand the inevitability of state structure’s change and try to pass the reality to people.

Until 2011 Mine Action Programme in the territory of the Republic of Armenia was carried out by means and efforts of appropriate services and units of the armed forces of Armenia. According to the Agreement, signed in 2002 between the RA Defense Ministry and USA Defense Department, Mine Action Centre was established. Already in 2003 demining work began in different parts of the country. In 2006 the process has slowed down. And, in 2011 by the decision of the Government of Armenia, it received a civil orientation and has been given more attention.

On October 10th in the RA MoD administrative complex the 1st international conference on “Current problems of military medicine” was held. It was organised by RA Armed Forces Military-medicine department, Medicine care service of Rescue department of Ministry of Emergency Situations, State medical university after M.Heratsi and Armenian association of military doctors.

In July and August the scene of the enemy raiding parties were also the north-eastern borders of our country. As a result, by competent actions of our soldiers, who defend fighting positions, the enemy had more than a dozen killed and as many wounded.
These events have shown once again that our armed forces with its organization, moral-psychological condition and combat training are superior to enemy and able to prevent any encroachment around the perimeter of the border.
Recently Colonel Onick Gasparyan by RA President’s Decree was awarded a medal of the first degree “For Service to the Fatherland.”

Still are fresh the impressions of those days when we all were celebrating the victory of our tankers in international competition “Tank biathlon – 2014.” Empower was really limitless. All talked about them. It seems that during this time much is written about our boys who participated in the competition, however, I think that they deserve it. They are worthy not only because of the fact that they won the newest type of tank, but especially for the fact that with their victory, they sent a simple but at the same time a powerful message.
