From September 30 to October 4 in the RA MoD “Marshal Baghramyan” training grounds peacekeeping exercise “Indestructible Brotherhood-2015” was conducted. The subject was: “Preparation and conduct of peacekeeping operations by CSTO collective peacekeeping forces in the Caucasus region of the collective security.”
The joint exercises and the operations executed by the CSTO Collective Peacekeeping Forces held during the “Indestructible Brotherhood-2015” military exercise were supervised by the CSTO Secretary-General Nikolai Bordyuzha, the Chief of AF GS, Colonel-General Youri Khachaturov, representatives of the CSTO United Headquarters, CSTO Secretariat, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and representative of the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations Denis Tikhomirov, on October 3.

On October 1, at the administrative complex of Defense Ministry a meeting of heads of relevant departments of the defense system of Armenia with the media representatives was held.
It was noted that in the last week the opponent violated the ceasefire 445 times, using small arms and artillery weapons of various calibers.

Our positions in terms of engineering equipment today are impenetrable, despite the fact that in recent times the enemy applies not only mortars of 60mm, 82mm and 120mm caliber, grenade launchers, but also D-30 howitzers. To break through them, you need great skill. Not having success on the front line in subversive activities, suffering defeat in the battle of snipers, enemy moved his fire deep. However, again, it does not have the result that it desired, since here both on the front and in the depth of the respective zones all the major buildings – dugouts, shelters, etc. are prepared.

Armenian-American philanthropist Kathy Kasarjian is in her homeland. She came to develop a joint program with the “Armenian Association of military doctors” to provide social and medical support for servicemen wounded in protecting the country’s borders.
