Persian known writer, father of the Iranian novel Seyed Mohammad Ali Dzhamalzadeh in 1915 by coincidence, was moving from Berlin to Baghdad through Turkey and became an eyewitness to the massacre of the Armenians. Impressed by these infernal scenes, he wrote his famous story “My personal reflection during the First World War.”
Now many are worried with the following question: whether Turkey is trying to involve in its provocations also Azerbaijan and create tension in the contact line. It is very possible. Everything can be expected from them. We must always be vigilant, especially on April 24 and its previous days.
From 2 to 7 April along the state border of Armenia “Victory Relay” was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Relay was launched on February 2 with the Belarusian city of Grodno. Armenia is the third time participating in the “Victory Relay”.
In the homeland of my ancestors (villages Jinis, Sogyutlu in Erzurum), I met with the people who now live in a house built by my great-grandfather Isoyan and his brother. The owner Turk Mehedi respectfully invited us into the house, treated with sweet tea, and we handed out gifts to children. It was like a dream – a few days ago I was at my home in Javakhque, and today – here.
For nearly a quarter century Azerbaijani propaganda is trying to prove to the world that the Armenians organized massacre of Azerbaijanis in Khojaly.
But what really happened?
In Khojaly, mainly inhabited by displaced Meskhetian Turks, was the only aeroprot that connected Artsakh with the outside world. Using the favorable location of the city and proximity to Stepanakert, Azerbaijanis day and night were conducting a continuous fire on the capital of Artsakh. The destruction of these firing points the Karabakh troops have taken on February 26, 1992.

Buzlukh victory ended infinite retreat of the Armenians, the retreat, which began many centuries ago, with the war of Vardanants, maybe even earlier.
Probably not many people know that in 2014 was the 100th anniversary of Hero of the Soviet Union Hounan Avetisyan. It would be natural if the press and cultural advocacy organizations have used this date to remember once again our hero compatriot, glorify our people who give birth to heroes and give lessons of courage and patriotism to the younger generation.
